Thanks for this!My GPU arrived on February 8th, finished so benchmarking tests on 3dmark yesterday. Also tried Path tracing and oh my god, it's beautiful, and performs well at 1440p with quality DLSS and Ray Reconstruction, 60 fps no FG. I also got Avatar game for free with my CPU purchase, so I can't wait to play this

Hey man great vid as usual but can I ask why you are using an intel CPU instead of a nice X3D AMD chip? It's been my experience that they are slightly ahead especially in gaming. I personally own the 7800X3D and i've never been happier with a CPU purchase.

Hey, thanks for watching. For gaming alone the 3d cpu is alright but the 14900k is still a much better overall cpu. I use it for video editing, rendering and various productivity tasks where it far outperforms any 3d cpu so its more useful for me

@@BenchmarkBoy You may want to disable the e-cores when you're gaming. It was scheduling that was causing your frame time issues in RDR2 This is why I wouldn't recommend you use the AMD R9 7950x3D, as this can also have scheduling issues in Windows. It's these scheduling issues that causes problems in Windows, as Windows is so used to having monolithic cores that are all the same. Now that we have different core types in both AMD and Intel, Windows is still playing catch up. (Unlike iOS and Android, who were built from the ground up to utilise heterogeneous cores) This is why the 7800x3d does so well. There are no scheduling issues with this chip. But as you rightly say, it isn't as good in other workloads (due to lower frequency, lower turbo, etc) It's a Microsoft issue at this point, whoever you go with.

I get weird artifacts and white flashing screen when I am in the map menu . However when using far i don’t face any issues .Have the same specs as you

How to enable fsr with fg on 4080 super? Is it only option enable and that’s all or maybe should I install something?

yes, its an option in the game settings. Watch my settings when i apply it. Select fsr 3 from the upscaling and then switch frame generation on

I think fsr 3 frame generation is ok to use. The only issue i have with it is the frame time looks a bit choppy

@@BenchmarkBoy I tried FSR with frame gen, the graphics looks considerably worse and like you said, there's choppy lag during movement, so it's not usable for me.

It's basically just a 4080, plus a few %... The price reduction is nice, but performance wise it is barely better... I basically had a 4080 super for the last year...

Well what do you expect they are a trillion dollar company "everyday they wake up we suffer everyday they suffer we have a joy" yes im maybe little bit exaggerating but their greediness is what kill the consumer market so that's how I can see things going

@@gamingcomputers7485 It's AI, if it wasn't for that, Nvidia would still be GPU maker 1st, but now GPU's are basically like a hobby to them compared to AI. They are making hundreds (if not thousands) of times more money from AI
