Good theory tho I think yagami goal is simply what is already presented to us. He was brought in to test ayanokoji abilities because obviously the instructors know that yagami isn't capable of beating ayanokoji. But to yagami obviously his mission was to expel ayanokoji

This coming up on my home feed i wanted to clarify that I haven't even been in the fan base actively for months and this theory was made late february of last year. Since then I haven't read anything past volume 0 because the series just doesn't interest me anymore. So anything post volume 0 that could potentially put this theory in jeopardy has not been accounted for. Also, because I haven't read anything since vol 0, I can't in good faith support this theory even if I was the one who made it. That said, thank you Avent for making this after all this time, even after I left the community. Love you bro.

I like the theory and as a Takuya lover i hope. It also makes his character better. However this video also just goes to proves how yagami is smart stupid smart he’s no koji but is clear of the rest of the verse

Well stupid-smart because he's f^cking nerfed by dunderhead Kinugasa-Asshole...😊 if not this Asshole nerfing him, then Takuya could have been almost great/equal to Koji, and could have greatest potential... But f^ck that... Kinugasa nerfed-downgraded him with Love Letter-Crap and 4-lvl Curriculum+Ayanokoji's lowered scores😊

I do believe that testing and trying to get an understanding of Kiyo's emotional state was almost certainly one of Yagami's goals, but to answer the main question? He failed MISERABLY, it's very clear that part way through his evaluations of studying of Kiyo he clearly got too wrapped up in what is most likely his idea of what Kiyo is and what he's been told he is. Which is incredibly important, as keep in mind WR students of every generation AFTER Kiyo have 1 thing said to do them every. single. day. And that is that they will never amount to anything, because they aren't Ayanokouji Kiyotaka (not exactly what was said but essentially the same) this was confirmed to have gnawed at his consciousness well before he even got to meet Kiyo. So you can imagine how amplified his emotions must have been when finally seeing him, add his obvious confidence due to being nothing short of superhuman and you can quickly see why everything fell apart so quickly and brutally in Y2V7, it was only a matter of time.

I still don't understand why did ayanokoji set up a trap for yagami and already informed ryuen that he was the one who injured komiya and Kinoshita when Ayanokoji was not sure who was the other white room student. he said that he had no idea who was the other white room student and still laid a trap especially for yagami. he knew the letter will most likely go through yagami but laying a trap and informing Ryuen so early without even any solid evidence was a little unconvincing. maybe kigunasa made a mistake here or am I not understanding something?

this doesn't really mean he couldn't have been lying to himself as nanase has done it before, like the monologue we get from her in the island exam. and if you've read the early novels you'd also see that kiyotaka's inner monologues and thoughts don't line up with his actual character. within the series its entirely possible for characters to fabricate parts of their personality for the sake of their goal and have them (the character fabricating the personality) actually believe that fabrication for however much time is necessary

1. The monologue in Y2V2 has to be fabricated. 2.The biggest problem in this theory is the Prologue of Y1V1. From that, one of them is correct. . 1. Tsukishiro manipulated data of Ayanokoji and made Yagami think he can expel Ayanokoji. 2. Yagami was manipulated by the fabricated data ,but he decided to not follow WR order and wanted to have a 1vs 1 against Ayanokoji. 3. Yagami deduces that Tsukishiro is misleading and has no plan to expel Ayanokoji ( more likely what happened). 4. There was a change of plan where Tsukishiro shows the real data of Ayanokoji and analyse Ayanokoji. There are inconsistencies in Self expulsion theory. Yagami's letter Strategy in island can be interpreted in some way. 1. He wanted to make Horikita see the fight and report it to school and make Tsukishiro out of WR. But the problem is Tsukishiro was already in pinch as he forced this unreasonable exam. 2. Yagami predicted Ichika would stop Horikita. This would make Horikita more aware about Ayanokoji that Yagami can either use to make his identity revealed to Ayanokoji ( one vs one theory) or use her to psychoanalys Ayanokoji ( Self expulsion theory). Note that Yagami made sure Ayanokoji doesn't get expel in island by hinting him multiple times in cross year war. ( Self expulsion theory or one vs one. Both are plausible). Ishigami and Yagami's relationship: If self expulsion is correct,than Yagami made ishigami go to the dorm in Y2V6 and make a sense of urgency in Ayanokoji's mind. Then Yagami made ishigami have Tsubaki blackmail sato in his own name.

Yo Avent that was actually a good vid man🗿. But to be honest with you takyua litreally cooked if (koji) did not step in last minute takyua would have probably expelled koji…. also if takyua wasn’t 5th gen and was 4th gen he would have properly learnt from koji and would be the biggest compettion in that generation competing with koji. Takyua memorised 150 students and their names etc from one look which is insane. Koji is so called more “smarter” then takyua which is obviously true. Not tryna meatride takyua cus he actually did a few dumb things which led to his expulsion, but I just don’t like how the author keeps screwing up characters in unrealistic ways that have actual chances with koji in the (LN) . And yes koji isn’t dumb he’s really intelligent and Takyua had his flaws and I know koji is more superior then him. But sometimes his methods could Litreally be to unrealistic. and yes not saying koji is dumb he’s intelligent but I’m shocked on how he didn’t have a actual serious competition in the series so far. That’s my perspective. Anyways great vid avent🗿

The infamous love letter 💌 victim lol 😆. One of my favourite character in the verse. It's just he's very weak compared ayankoiji. So koji made him Clown. After his expulsion things are kinda boring
