Hi Kevin Man ! Ihave been learning English for three years and I really master this type of conditional it's called the third conditional and it is about something that we did or said and we regret it but really we can't change it . It's water under the bridge ! We wish we could change it but it's impossible. HOW ON EARTH, she dares teaching English rules and grammar constructions that way. Fatiha Switzerland

As a native Russian speaker (although I am not from Russia) I can understand why she made some mistakes but as an avid English learner I am slightly confused why she didn't use articles with the USA and the UK (isn't it basics?). It would be really great if you could make a video about conditionals.

Fredy, It could be better if we dedicated.... There is still a chance that something may happen or be true, whereas the structure "it could have been better if we had dedicated...." conveys the idea that there is no possibility anymore, as we can't change the past.

Мost of Marina’s mistakes are are typical mistakes of Russian speakers who have gained vocabulary, but still think in Russian and translate Russian phrases into English on the fly. I catch myself thinking that I would say the same as her. But I don't call myself an English teacher.

@@alexander.zavyalov Perhaps reading literature in English will help. There is one Russian-speaking blogger in Germany who learned German at a good level by reading a large amount of scientific and fiction literature. He reached the “I can explain myself” level quite quickly, and he acquired the “good German” level after immersing himself in literature.

Marina shouldn't be afraid of people laughing at her frequent grammatical errors and bad pronunciation; she should just stop teaching English and start teaching Russian. It would be more authentic and effective, since she has poor grammar and non-American pronunciation. Marina ends up teaching wrong to those who don't know they're learning wrong, from her. I think it should be prohibited to teach something we don't yet know how to teach. She is doing very well in learning but not at the level of becoming a teacher.

C'mmon pal, SHE'S NOT PROFICIENT in English, what do you understand by "proficient" ?, you texted it yourself, she doesn't even know basic aspects of English, how can she be proficient ?. But you're right in one thing, she's making money without doing a great and correct job, what she's doing is ripping off her subscribers, she's not even doing a good job let alone an excellent one. Kevin & Liza are doing their job correctly and I'm sure they're earning their money, maybe not like Marina but I think they get enough to get by. I think by now, a lot of people know she makes a lot of mistakes and those people are subscribing to Kevin's channel.

She tries to sound like a certain type of teenagers on TikTok but ends up like an 8-year-old girl. Her strategy is equivalent to Biden's, insisting he just stutters and is up for the job. Biden has failed but maybe she still wants to justify her "impossible" as it was the same type of these: "The smell was impossible (to ignore)" / "His attitude was impossible (to deal with)".

In fact, we might think that Marina is abusing non-English speakers, because she is giving herself the right to teach them wrong. That's not a cool thing. Kevin, is using Marina's classes as an example, to make it clear that what she teaches is wrong and there is the correct way that should and can be taught and learned. Marina shouldn't call herself an English teacher, since she makes mistakes in basic level English.
