Not to troll but your feet were improperly placed on the "feet" of the bench when they should be placed flat on the floor in that they (the feet) can be used to help stabilize everything else.

Do these guys not know the tricep is involved in shoulder extension? So why would you not want to bring the bar down past your head? Look at Mark Rippetoe's explanation of the lying tricep extension

For the first example, power lifters use dumbbells and perform rolling triceps extension, skull crushers. So I wouldnt call that a mistake. Your version looks like a bad version of a rolling triceps extension. Rolling it back can help stretching your long head that reaches around to your scapula. Or you could do an over head extension but if you can roll your shoulders back you can get more of a stretch. Just saying. But I know you guys know that.

Naru Pickles I think that the video version is for hipertrophy and isolation of the triceps, and the one you say is for strength and performance!
