Hi susan, I have been practising tai chi and focusing on the awareness and I definitely feel the difference. On using the mind do you use the chi to heal the body by placing the awareness on the problem area or the Awareness.? Jan

That's great, Jan. Just keep the mind on the awareness. Do not direct the Qi. It is wise and knows where it is needed.😊 You can invite it in as it grows, but let it flow into all regions naturally .
