actually I'm not sure what to show in this perspective, because the design is going on primarily in my head ) Then I sometimes make some sketches on paper, but in most cases I create drawings/templates directly in OpenOffice Draw application

Is it 160 g/m^2 ?, and also at 0:27 how do you put the flat ring thingy on the rod? Isnt the hole for it smaller than the ball?

for this model I used paper of density 80 g/m2. As for the rings - correct, the hole is smaller than the ball diameter, and that is the main point of the ring - it should "fix" the ball in certain place. I cut the ring, put it on the connecting rod, and then glued it to the base. After that I put a little glue to the cut itself

in most cases I start with an idea and think about the most complex parts of it, and if they even possible to be done with paper. Then I make drawing(s) in OpenOffice Draw, and then - templates

sometimes I draw/cut something directly on paper, but in most cases I use OpenOffice Draw application to create templates, and then print them on paper of an appropriate density

Нет, такая схема может использоваться в качестве и насоса, и мотора, но в моём случае - это именно модель мотора. Насчет плунжерного - и так и так их называют, но вроде у плунжеров обычно длина больше диаметра, так что я решил что у меня больше похоже на поршневой )
