Great points, as always, especially your point on the episodes that were between their intros and they do feel a little more like book 1. Im curious what you think of Azula comic, I liked it more than I thought I would.

Book 2 became great and better than book 1 since the introduction of Toph, not Azula. So in that sense, it was more impactful to the series. After Azula, we had the Swamp and Avatar Day that are on the same quality as Book 1. Yes, Azula is a better and complex villain than her father, Ozai and Zhao, so that was also impactful to the series. Toph’s introduction episode: even though she is the first that we’ve seen with the seismic sense ability, she’s not too overpowered because it’s still limited with her not sensing that Xin Fu is not smiling and she couldn’t sense that Sokka was throwing her championship belt at her. Toph is expected to be quiet and submissive to Lao and Poppy. She was forced to join Team Avatar when Lao was going to make it harder for her to live with them, taking away Earth Rumble. Azula’s introduction episode: her speech about the tides is not badass. Nature is unpredictable and brutal. I don’t trust anyone that thinks their commands are more important than nature. It’s a mad king’s speech. *One hair out of place* and *almost isn’t good enough* foreshadows her downfall. I found a way to read Azula in the Spirit Temple for free recently and next week I will tell you what I think of it.
