This episode is great, i didnt expect a song video near the end of the episode. It's good to see the show give 3 girls their screentime to bond together as a team. This is a fresh air from the last intense dating show episodes that focus mostly on Aqua and Akane. Kana is already my best girl and this episode just hammer it down by making every moment of her look good, especially the video song in the end (i suspect the show staff must really like Kana ;3). I hope this final arc of the season will focus more on Ruby because Aqua just took away her spotline for most of the episodes so far.

Thanks to this episode, I understand MEM's hard backstory. I think the story's reason why MEM is 25 years old is she and Sarina were almost the same generation. MEM was about 5 years younger than Sarina and Ai. So, MEM is a passionate fan of Ai and B-Komachi without age-related contradictions, like Ruby.
