你舉高隻手有沒有困難?不只困難又可能會肩及膊頭出現痛楚?如果有這個問題,有可能是患上肩夾擠症候群!這個病通常任何年紀都會出現,特別是需要常常舉高手工作、做家務、用電腦,或常常姿勢不良就會出現。這個痛跟五十肩不同,因為五十肩通常50歲後才出現。另外五十肩是肩關節囊事發炎,所以什麼方向活動都會痛及受限制。相反肩夾擠症候群只是提起及向外伸展才出現限制級痛楚。
今次Dr. Joe教大家合適的運動去改善這個痛症。不過大家也要量力而為,如果真的很痛,或做過也沒有幫助,就要跟隨醫生的指示去做治療啦!
In this video, Dr. Joe talked about Shoulder Impingement Syndrome. It is characterized by restricted shoulder flexion and abduction. It’s caused by overuse of the shoulder joint from overhead activity and poor posture. It is seen in people of any age and usually, the Supraspinatus tendon is impinged. This condition is different from frozen shoulder because frozen shoulder occurs in people 50 years or older. Dr. Joe will demonstrate the effective exercises for shoulder impingement syndrome. Remember, if during or after doing the exercises, you feel more pain and discomfort, please consult a doctor for further professional treatments.
