About Me: I started lifting at 17 years old in 2019, the summer before I entered my freshman year of college. I was a mere 120 pounds at 5'8, and my only goal was to gain weight. Since then I've bulked 5 times, reaching my heaviest at 206 pounds, and cut 4 times to a lowest of around 10% bodyfat. In 2025 I plan to compete in my first natural bodubuilding show. Using the knowledge I have acquired and continue to learn, my goal is to help all of you achieve your fitness goals and prove that no matter what stands in your way, hard work and consistency will always prevail! Max, love the bit at the end - your reasoning on staying 'anchored to the goal' shows a lot of maturity. Suffering the fluff on one big bulk and then coast for life makes perfect sense. Looking sick dude, keep it up.

hey max, tip on the SA lat pulldown: to prevent the bench from moving I always like to put a plate or two on the legs of the bench to stabilize it. That way you can keep your mind off having to worry about the bench moving and shift your focus towards hammering the set instead. Hope that helps!

Every time I workout the thing that makes me work harder is wanting to accomplish a physique just like yours. Keep at it 🔥

I like your thinking about bulking for an amount of time that is considered astonishingly long by most people in order to not bulk again. I think bulking for long periods of time, then cutting for only a couple of weeks is the simple key to get the best muscle-gaining results fast as shown by your progress built up in only 5 years. It's what I'd like to follow as well, I bulked in my first 12 months of lifting and I just finished my first, 4-week cut yesterday. Excited to see what the future brings. However, I'm concerned that getting too big is not an issue that many naturals should be worried about, especially if you plan on competing.

Max. I have the same preacher curl at my gym. And yes it doesn't let u get a full stretch at the bottom. I bought a foam pad and cut to size. And place it under my triceps whenever I use the preacher. Honestly it feels soo good.(nice stretch and the foam is more comfortable lol). Cheers

try putting a dumbbell in front of the bench on the single arm pulldowns, make sure the numbers on the dumbbells are facing you and facing the dumbbell so it doesn't roll away, id guess a 75lbs dumbbell is enough to keep the bench from sliding
