Take note; Homie did a stretch/warmup routine longer than most of y'alls workouts. That's the key takeaway..... preparation to train is just as important as the training itself. Sometimes the hardest or most boring things are the most important when trying to become a better athlete.

watching someone as professional and special as ty even do stretching and warm ups really puts it in perspective on how much of a master of his own body and craft that he is. When you see it along other guys you can just see the magnitude of the difference of control of the body.

Just go outside and shoot the basketball around full body workout, hit the gym start off with workouts that you can do at your own pace get out of the mentality of watching another person put in the work💪🏿

Man... this is good stuff! I sent this video to my grandson, Kamani Carswell he plays high school football (WR) and I keep telling him that this is the best time of the season, the workout part. I enjoy it more than the games!! By the way he's a Cowboy fan but he knows great hands too! Never had vegan food before. Thanks for the great video!
