Yayy my first real vlog since I got back to Tokyo!! Actually I just got back like 2 weeks ago but it feels way longer 😅
I decided to have some fun to celebrate in between all my term paper madness (finished them...thank god) and experience life in the city again 🥳 Now that I got new cameras and a microphone I'm excited to make my video quality better 🥰

Finally finished my fall semester!!! 🥰 Fall term lasts from October til the end of January here...so my spring term will start from April. But I have a ton of thesis stuff to do so I'll be busy 😭 Anyway, can you hear that audio quality difference...!? 🤩 So worth it to me!!!

the audio sounds soooooo much better with the new microphone. I've said it before and I'll say it again. your videos are the best! great balance between visuals, talking and educational info as well as a good insight to your ongoings. thanks so much keep them coming!

The new mic sounds great!! 😍 You can really notice the difference. Could you maybe do some content on travelling around Tokyo as a tourist. E.G. Asakusa to Shibuya - which train line to take, how much does it cost, how long is the journey, that sort of thing...Your videos sooooo make me want to visit Japan when it opens, so I will need to know how to get around lol.

They’ll eventually open them again.. I’m sure the economy has taken at least a small hit in bigger cities due to them being closed. My boyfriend and I are supposed to move there in two years lol so hopefully they’re open by then

here to listen to more Eva karaoke 😂❤ Can't get over the empty Asakusa. I remember getting lost in a sea of people when I moved to Tokyo and had to stay the first night in some random Asakusa hostel before I could move into my apartment. Spent the entire day working on my laptop in Starbucks being extremely anxious every time I had to go to a toilet (leaving my laptop on the table because taking all my stuff with me would mean someone will take my place lol).

I love going to karaoke alone, too. I noticed it’s helped my reading a lot! I felt you when you said you had been filming on your iPhone 8. I had an 8 plus and just upgraded to the 13 pro max and HOLY MOLY what a difference! 💖

Congrats on the new mic! It sounds really good! Glad you were able to enjoy a fun day out and staying safe! ROBOT BARISTA! OMG. GO LITTLE MAN, YOU CAN DO IT! ... But actually I have complicated feelings about this as a service worker, not sure how I ultimately feel about it. Could probably write an essay on why lol, but I'll spare you. Always love seeing Nintendo shop and Pokemon Center, so much cute stuff! How is the new pokemon? I've been hearing mixed reviews on it. Thanks for another relaxing video!

Boy howdy, the new mic is terrific! Happy you made it "home" safely. I've been following you for a couple of months now. I catch myself smiling when I watch your videos. Makes me wish I was young again. When I was 18 I had an opportunity to go to Japan and learn to speak, read and write Japanese on a full scholarship and I turned it down...for a boy...I'm not even with now. My mother's from Osaka, and I have family in Ibaraki prefecture, Osaka. How different my life would have been if only I had taken advantage of that scholarship.

I've been binging your videos and kept wondering how I'd never run into the Shibuya Parco mall on my previous trips to Japan since it looks so great... but here you said it's fairly new so that explains it! I'm moving to Tokyo for a year in January and it looks like the Shibuya Parco Nintendo and Pokemon stores will be one of my first destinations to go to (either there or Ikebukuro).

So glad you made it back ok! Was worried about you being locked out. It's funny the different anime we remember from our younger years. I was, am, mildly obsessed with Inuyasha. No, I have not and don't think I ever will watch the new generation of the series.... I feel it is more fan service than anything else. Looking forward to more videos from you!

Wow, the audio is so much better! I think the mic was a really good investment 👍🏻 And I can totally relate to singing A cruel Angel’s thesis again and again and again. I love that song to! Always singing it when driving alone in my car 😜. It was a really nice vlog! So much fun to watch and I’m glad you’re back to it. But one question: what were those things where you’ve said you wanted one but are too embarrassed to use it. Why? What is it? To me it looked like little pouches with anime characters on it. What’s wrong with that?

they’re credit 😂 my advice is pretend debits dont exist and a cash card is almost a debit 😂😂 though useless except accessing atms
