In the spine-tingling conclusion of Some Jerk's three-part Back To The Future: The Ride review, Jerk is determined to finally figure out who this "Scott" fellow is and what the hell is so damn great about him.
DISCLAIMER: This video was filmed, edited and released prior to the arrest of one of the people in it, Kyle Carrozza. I strongly condemn Mr. Carrozza's actions and offer my deepest sympathies to his victims, and I will not be working with him again in the future. That said, rather than attempt to rewrite history, I have decided to leave this video online and intact as a time capsule of when it was made.
DISCLAIMER: This video, like every video on this channel, is intended only for mature audiences. People asked me that A LOT when I first uploaded the Country Bears review, and it always pissed me off a little. The way I see it, the NC already did the perfect joke about that line reading ("He just noticed there's bears in the movie"). I couldn't think of a way to improve upon it, and I'm not a joke thief, so I ignored it. It was my first review and I hadn't quite grasped that a lot of the NC's audience LIKES the same damn thing over and over and over again. Silly me.

You know Jerk, I totally agree with you. I mean I love the "it's not over, bears" joke as much as the next NC fan who can't accept change. But this is YOUR show with YOUR jokes. And I also find the "That day is, tonight" line hilarious as well. Besides I admire people who don't follow the crowd and don't rely on whatever meme is the most popular at time. So kudos to you.

This is absolutely superb. Along with Goldmark's regular wackiness - and there's loads of that - he is willing to speak some heartfelt sentiment, his actual love for the attraction and the movies that inspired it. This is the most affecting performance I've seen him in, to date. And I would undoubtedly be even more affected...if I could see Parts 1 and 2 somewhere. Ah, well...perhaps that will make the future a good one.

But then Loki discovered there are alternate timelines that are pruned to preserve a Sacred Timeline and falls in love with a female version of himself and no one can tell whether it's incest or masturbation, but then Doctor Strange proved that there are multiverses where he's possessed by the Necronomicon and becomes the Evil Dead while Ash Williams is a hotdog vendor.

@@Vesperitis also, Belos made a deal with the Collector to destroy the Boiling Isles, Doofenshmirtz took over the Tri-state area and named everyone Joe, Scooter is now a caged dancer, the Gingerbread Man is a cracker, Squidward is now alone forever, Family Guy is drawn by Disney, everyone in Agrabah learned about The Genies pop culture references and Adam Conover quit the ruining business. This is fun!

I also only got to ride BTTF the ride once, when I was like 6 on a vacation to Florida, unfortunately all I really remember of it was that the dinosaur part freaked me out (because I was a total scaredy cat)

I had the fortune back in 2002, at seven years old, to ride Back to the Future the ride on what was all around not my best trip. i used to be terrified of everything. BTTF was no exception, but I think I also had fun. looking back it really was cool, not knowing how it was done and just being immersed in this world all around you. I do enjoy The Simpsons ride quite a bit though, and still think the dome screen effect is effective.

This was however the orlando version, not the Hollywood version, though I don't think they were very different. Florida was (and still is) just a lot closer than CA... and even then it was pretty far away.

15:02 what is the music that plays here? Honestly, this part of the video was the most emotional for me because of just how emotional it really is compared to the rest of the video (sure he does interrupt it introducing the simpsons) but seeing how many fans there really were of this ride when i did exist really puts a smile on my face. It's incredibly nice knowing fans of the trilogy love this ride and are direct fans of it. I love how instead of getting emotional about the ride closing, they really enjoyed their last few minutes on it. Even though they knew it was closing, even though they knew they would never be able to experience it ever again, they still loved it. They still loved their last few moments on one of the best attractions of all time. It really goes to show just how powerful this ride was to so many people.

As a Sub-Semi-Special Guest Star, I feel obligated to mention that, as far as I know, on the 30th Anniversary Blu-Ray, the Ride Film is D-Box Compatible. I don't know if D-Box compatibility is something exclusive to the 30th Anniversary Blu-Ray or if it's also on the 25th Anniversary Blu-Ray, but I do think it's worth noting IF you have the D-Box Technology.

I never got why people are so upset with this franchise. To me it was just a nice adventure story, but it wasn't close to Indy, Starwars, or LOTR. But if you and others love it, for whatever reason, then continue to love it.

After seeing your videos again, I think I know why I don't like these movies that much. Biff is just a bad villain. He is stupid, only gets by pure luck, and isn't a threat to Doc or Marty. After all he does get his butt kicked by Chris McGovern.

Tony Goldmark Thanks for correcting my spelling mistake. But even in the original movie he isn't that memorable. I think it would have worked better if he had been more violent and sociopathic. Like he was willing to murder, torturer, or anything else it would take to get more money and power. Instead we just got a clown who was just pretending to be scary.

Oh I know about it; even watched some of it after NC tackled it. Must've forgotten about it when I filmed this. But even then, Oogieloves -- aside from being on my mind around then...long story -- would also stand out as quite a credit to regret. That movie was, like, infuriatingly bad. ;)

Eh, FoodFight had ambition and potential. Oogieloves just wanted to bring back kids entertainment that talks down to them. And I actually don't think Christopher regrets FoodFight. He genuinely sounds like Mr. Clipboard was a fun role for him. He just looks dead in Oogieloves.
