Bg80 is probably the most popular string we used for pros, it has a nice all around performance and clean hitting feel.

Lol good question, this video was made right before I trained with yonex and li ning stringing teams, it's just something I did at the time with no particular reason, that being said I think it's a nice topic for new videos, yonex and lining starting methods.

Near the end of the verticals ( first stage) you appeared to jump one hole and then return back on it. I have not seen that, is that recommended and why? Unless i saw it wrong? At around 2:50

Good eye lol yes it's done to reduce stress on the sides of the frame, both Yonex and Lining methods adopt this, not sure about other methods

Prestretching is generally not recommended for badminton. Neither yonex nor lining utilize prestretching within their default stringing method, I believe victor also do not use it. That being said, we are instructed to follow any instructions the players give us.
