Hey Sam, I’m pretty sure you read the comments, so hopefully you’ll see this suggestion. In your videos when you make things like the bacon jam which have multiple applications and it makes a lot at one time, it would be cool if you would do a series of episodes back to back using the prepared ingredient in several different full recipes.

Loving that idea. Since lockdown started, I can’t count how many breakfast bagels I’ve made for the family, using those exact same bagels, with cheese and bacon 🥓. I can’t wait to try the bacon jam! I love bacon and onion together, and I have apricot jam in the fridge. It’s on!!

Hey Sam/Max I love your videos! Please don’t ever stop making them. My only 1 criticism would be the audio, I always have to turn my sound way up when watching your videos. Once an ad pops on I then have to quickly turn the sound down. I don’t have this issue with other videos I subscribe to. Other than that keep it up, you guys are so entertaining!

I made the bacon and onion jam today (although I would call it a chutney) with 5 cloves of garlic crushed (not 2) and substituted red wine vinegar for apple cider vinegar and cholula chipotle hot sauce for cayenne pepper. Used a tin of crushed tomatoes and simmered for an extra couple of minutes after the 15 mins to reduce to a jammy consistency. It tasted fantastic and I had some as a condiment with my rice and chicken dinner tonight and have a jar left over as well as a jar of about 200ml (6.8 fl. oz) of bacon grease which I will use when frying onions in the future. Made some grilled cheese sandwiches, well . . . On the grill! Smoke Gruyere, Aged Gouda and Pepper Jack cheeses topped with Tomatoes, Crispy Onions and Bacon Jam. I used purchased Bacon Jam and was looking for a recipe to make my own, so Thanks! Funny thing is I made almost that same breakfast sandwich this morning, same everything bagel, egg done the same way in the exact same pan, I used sausage instead of bacon. The one thing I didn't put on it was Bacon Jam! Thanks for the idea!
