This is the Baki workout routine that is focused on Pickle! In this video, we're going to break down who Pickle from the anime Baki The Grappler is and how realistic his monstrous strength is in real life! Pickle from Baki The Grappler is a 200 million-year-old primitive humanoid so I thought it would be fun to look at real primitive humans and see how their strength stacked up to Pickles and real-life modern-day humans! Then of course I've created a full training plan based on primal living that you can use to get ripped like Picke from Baki The Grappler! This is the Baki The Grappler Pickle training/workout plan!

There are definitely flaws in your program, especially if the main goal is to build large amounts of strength. The biggest problem I see is the lack in variation of rep ranges, as there is no 'perfect' rep range. For example, even though the high rep sets you recommend are helpful for developing good conditioning as well as building a good base of muscle, low reps will be much better at developing the neurological aspects of strength as it teaches your body to use as much muscle as possible in an instant to lift the weight. A good example of a program that does this is the "juggernaut" program, written by powerlifter Chad Wesley Smith, and I think it would be great if you could incorporate these aspects of programming into your future programs, anyways, keep up the good work man!
@ParisDemers
@ParisDemers 11 ай бұрын
I totally agree with you! I wanted to create a program you could do outside that would help you build general strength and some athleticism. Of course doing max strength work outside is gonna be tough because you don’t have access you heavy weights. Thanks for the feedback! I’ll definitely make a more max strength focused program in the future :)

Humans are scavengers and don’t say at some point humans would eventually fight Dino’s we wouldn’t we had no weapons at all bc them Neanderthals were brainless, also smt called the fight or flight reaction and in that sense it would be flight.

Perhaps the writer took the matter from a religious perspective. Religion does not believe in the theory of evolution, and our father Adam was mentioned in Christianity as being about 123 feet and nine inches (approximately 37 meters), while in Islam it has been indicated that Adam's length is about 60 cubits, which is equivalent to 45 meters (an arm). According to the ancient Arabs, one unit equals about 0.75 metres.😊
