Of course seniors can do squats. I have had 2 knee replacements and can do squats, lunges etc.. I am 73 years young and have been working out all of my adult life. The idea is to keep moving!!! Balance is an issue for all of us and these exercises are great for this.

I also do squats and lunges. I am 72, hike 3 times a week, weights 2x a week and bowl 3x a week, spin bike 1-2x a week!

hi, I had a knee replacement. The Patella is not correct. I need to go to surgery (again). I cannot do the leg raises.

as a representative of the senior citizen community, I here to tell you that there are very few elderly people doing squats...fyi..bad knees ma'aam, bad knees.

It wud b meaningful if she wer in her late 60's. Olso this seshn wud make sense if it wer done in a group setting in a gym.
