🔔 Balsamic vinegar onion stir-fry. (1T=rice spoon)
3 onions (400g), 2T olive oil, 1/3T fine salt, 3T water, 5T balsamic vinegar.
✨ Balsamic vinegar onion stir-fry.
1. Chop the onion.
2. Add 2T olive oil, onion, and 1/3T fine salt to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds on high heat.
3. Lower the heat to very low and add 3T water. Close the lid immediately and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Mix well after 5 minutes. Close the lid and leave on low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Mix well and turn on medium heat. Add 5T balsamic vinegar and stir-fry slowly. + Stir-fry until all the seasoning is gone.
+ It's delicious as a side dish or as a sandwich with bread.
