Band-Maid is living proof that rock is not dead. Instead it has relocated to Japan, which has become the rock capitol of the world. Not since the 1970's has any country produced so many top notch, talented, bands as Japan.

This is why I love Band Maid. While this song reminds people as well as me of Boys of Summer, if you go back and listen to that you'll see it's not the same. This is why Band Maid always sounds familiar yet new. PS. Thank you Seattle. Maidiacs will know what I'm talking about

8th Anniversary 🎉🥳

No matter how many times i stray for a day and spend it with Aldious, Nemophila, Mary's Blood, Love Bites,,, etc... I always find my way back to Band Maid and am reminded of just how Great these Ladies are!!! Just something so Special about this Group of Beautiful and Talented Women. They always hit me in the Feels as the kids say. Sure Hope i get to see Them "Live" one day. 🤘❤️🤘

The music they make transcends all languages. Their concentration on excellence/perfection isn't going unnoticed. Band Maid, you have brightened my life considerably. Keep producing your sound, stretch all barriers and create a new genre of your own for all other bands to strive for.

Band-Maid! Amazingly great. I believe heavy rock/metal bands from Japan will make many want to learn Japanese. Incredibly enough they look very neat and classy, don't dress to intimate, but to entertain the masses.

Why isn’t this song more popular? I’m late to the Band Maid Express only discovering them a year ago. Before Yesterday is a beautiful song topped off with the best 20 seconds of Band Maid Hard rock featuring a bad ass Kanami solo. Thanks to Seattle for making the beautiful Maids of Rock feel at home and welcome. I grew up in the Van Halen, Rush and Led Zeppelin days of rock. Before Band Maid, I thought the best of Rock was behind us. Band Maid has proven me wrong. I’ve never been so happy to be wrong. Band Maid is the best rock band on the planet today and …… in my opinion…best ever. Saiki, Miku, MISA, Akane and Kanami…..you have stolen my heart. Words cannot express how lucky I am to be alive and watch you become a little known band from Japan and then dominate the way you have. I am a very senior devotee of opera and classical but discovered Band Maid by chance. They are without doubt hugely talented and a joy to see/hear. The guitarist in particular is a great musician in every sense of the word, but the bass player and drummer are both exceptional. I love all of their songs. A few songs from them that are tough for me, because of the beautiful sound. Daydreaming, Smile and Before Yesterday. This song just reminds me of the simple times growing up in the 70s and 80s. These musicians are top echelon, and this old man will see them October 25th. I hope all of their fans are happy and safe.

There is no doubt now the end of November 2021,they are on top,their musical,vocal genius,transcends any band I have ever seen I've seen a lot since 1967 first show,I've never had such anticipation,excitement waiting to see a band play a live show.

Grew up listening to hard rock and metal in the 70's and 80's; then it all (mostly) turned to noise in the 90's and just plain rubbish from 2000 on.....then I discovered Japanese rock and metal and I'm now reliving my youth again! The big difference is that 70's and 80's bands were mostly butt ugly, sweaty guys whereas these Japanese bands are usually stunningly beautiful and talented ladies. I may be a boring, middle-aged old fart but I'm a happy and contented old fart when I'm listening to these ladies. I still listen to the old stuff but 90% of what I listen to now comes out of Japan. Thank you Japan for Band Maid (and all the others too) and thank you Band Maid for what you do so perfectly - without doubt you are the best band on the planet. Even when I get old and grey(er) I'll still be rocking to you!🤘🤘🤘

WHAT!? Band Maid are in a record store & hold up two SANTANA albums that have been in my big brother's record collection since I was a kid! Seeing these New Rock Stars holding up records by a Rock Legend totally made me geek out. A new rock guitar hero from Japan, and a reference to a legendary Latino rock guitar hero in the same video. Just too much awesomeness!!

What a fantastically beautiful song! Miku’s harmonies with Saiki are beautiful, and her own vocal at 2:44 is amazing. Mincho is great on guitar as always, as are Akane on drums and MISA on bass…

Next year Band-Maid will celebrate 10 years of formation :)

Their videos which are filmed from a live performance are an absolute treat. Not enough that their music is so superb but added to that is seeing their body language and facial expressions in these stage shows. It's almost too much to take in or even bear ( in a good way). Heck. I' m not explaining my feelings or meaning well but in my 6th decade on this often awful World, such pleasures as provided by these girls are a true beacon of light and happiness.

This music video single-handedly made it my dream to see a Band-Maid concert at least once in my life. They put so much effort into their music and I'd love to see their legendary skills in person some day.

One of my fav songs by them. This particular one reminds me a bit of early Story of the Year.

I discovered Band Maid just a few month ago when "Play" hooked me instantly. Ordered the World Domination CD immediately and a ticket for the Hamburg serving on 26.06.2019. After the meet & greet poster signing I purchased 2 more CDs (Brand New Maid & Just Bring It). So I just listened to this song for the first time yesterday. Imho this is a brilliant melancholic song and criminally underrated… why this only has 1.8mio views is beyond me?!

My dad(a 51 year old metal bassist) found them in January and immediately told me about them. I(an 18 year old artist, metalhead and kpop stan) found them yesterday through a ton of BABYMETAL videos and instantly fell in love with them. My dad told me MISA is one of the most badass bassists he's ever seen and that means a lot when it comes from my dad. I really like her style. She's really incredible. All five of them are insanely amazing

I understand Japanese and i love all Bandmaid songs, but i maded a little experiment and introduced some songs into friends who doesn't know (and almost don't see anime) and the feeling that this girls put in their songs maded them stay hearing even when they doesn't understand. Just amazing.

These five women are good!!! The only all girl rock group that I am aware of here at home are the Go Go s. I don't think they will break up. You can tell by looking at them that they like each other and they enjoy what they are doing.The outfits are really neat. Love the clever word play with Band Maid ( Band Aide, Band Made ).Wish we had more of this in The US. Go girls!

切ない感じが最高

Having Miku learn guitar was a stroke of genius for sure. A lot of the other Japanese girl bands go in for the twin lead guitars thing but I like leaving the lead guitar to Kanami and Miku's rhythm guitar doesn't stand out but fills in to make this one of the most awesome walls of sound I've ever heard.
