Welcome back Cody. I love these episodes because the members get to shine and earn their own place in the crew. I love Sanji vs Bon Clay, it's hilarious yet incredible. I absolutely adore Nami trying out her new weapon, she's no longer just a navigator, she's learning to do damage as well. Nami and Usopp are the chaotic besties we need. Usopp will of course with Chopper's amazing meds survive anything. He's godly like that. Poor Vivi, she's going through it.

Welcome back Cody! Bravery is Usopp standing on business despite the current situation....I know my brave warrior to be is coming along just fine😤😤😤😤. I also love how the boys tend to step up in moments there is an opportunity to be great big bros for Chopper, be it teaching him an ideal or just babying him, kinda like how you will find him on Zoro's shoulders sometimes. "Lesson, Lesson" Bon's VA is one of my favourites in the series, after Luffy's ofcourse (and other characters I cannot mention yet). By the way, that Bon OST is similar to Buggy's and it screams mischief. *Cues balet kempo* Considering OP is a shonen manga (I maintain epic fantasy though), I think it's great how Oda mixes in character personalities to fighting styles. Granted it is industry practise, but I just really love Oda's take on this, and I love how it makes battles not follow rules of transitivity. Strong characters can loser to characters with weaker AP because personality also plays a real role in the consequences of fights. That Usopp and Nami moment really is cool, and quite touching. I love that Oda develops his lead cast in background moments and mostly let's secondary/tertiary charactyers drive the main plot beats and emotions most times, with the cast slowly brewing in the background. The growth and development feels so realistic. Nami also scamming the shii outta Usopp😭😭. We finally find out his main goal, Pluton! Woinder what that is. And yeah Brannon, seems like only Cobra O-sama is the only one who knows about it. Till the next drop

Glad to see y’all enjoying the episodes (: That last moment in episode 114 and carrying over the the start of episode 115 is what makes this Usopp & Chopper fight such a banger for me. Miss Merry Christmas and Mr. 4 are still alive even after Chopper’s massive brain strat, Usopp is running away in fear yelling with tears streaking down his face, and then Miss Merry Christmas delivers the news of Luffy supposedly dying. You see Usopp and Chopper freeze in a state of shock. You think that oh no, maybe he’s gonna break down and cry, maybe he’s gonna get even more afraid and writhe to get away pathetically like he usually does. And honestly? That’s normal. That’s human. But no. He gets ANGRY. He gets angry for her insulting Luffy, insulting his captain, and calls her a LIAR. Even as he gets so beat up by them, he doesn’t retreat. It’s at this moment that you can really see how Usopp has so much faith and pride in Luffy as his captain, and pride of himself for being apart of the crew. Such a W Usopp moment

I'm Back! Sorry guys, between my birthday and getting in a small car accident. It's been crazy! Cody i'm glad you're better! I'm glad you guys are still enjoying One Piece, it just gets better. The scene with Nami and Ussop is so good. I actually love that they address this. Most anime that have the weaker/ comic relief characters, they tend to stay there in that roll. But showing Nami and Ussop wanting to stand up for theirselves is great character development.

Acme is a great throwback to Looney Toons. Oda was a massive fan of Looney Toons
