This property (5 to 10 units of the same design) has been vacant for so many years. I remember checking it out like 5 years back. It was built even earlier than that. Why no one is buying it? I've always wondered. What's your honest opinion on this?

I think you should know those floor are highly sought in USA. They are not cheap by any means.I have in my house in California.

pls, everywhere in the world the pool is filtered by chlorine solution, how could algae survive in chlorine solution? it's just the glass and the tiles reflects the pool turn greenish.

Old school house. I would tear down and build a new one. This building is too old...........and you can see it's not really properly well maintain. I have seen a few of these houses. I give it another 5 years before all the materials starts to rot.
