This is one of the most calmest hostage situation I've ever seen. It must have been scary AF for the people involved in it but for me, an outsider, the whole thing just looked a bit funny. Like the way they casually delivered Pizza to him and how they kept referencing the movie.

I'm glad that everything ends well. I remember here in our country from way way back. Some Bank Robbers held hostage all of the Bank Employees and some customers in broad day light too. Based on the news the robbers got the cash then tell everyone (Employees and Customers) to lay down/face down on the floor, telling them so they will not see them leaving but no they execute them all while face down on the floor, shooting them at the back of their head. Can also see the news pictures of those dead victims inside the bank while laying down/face down. I still can't believe that up to this day the leader of the bank robbers is still alive inside the prison, based on the rumors he have some minions inside since he's kind of big name inside the prison. Those guys deserves to rot in hell and not just in jails.
