No one talks about the 10 years pre menopause. The absolute worst! Stay strong ladies. Once you hit 60 all gets better except then you can’t see up close, or in the dark, and you forget where your keys are.

I'm 48 and found a pill to fix my perimenopause symptoms. Try taking extra folate. It worked wonders for me. I found relief with 2mg of methylfolate a day.

Yikes, the irregular periods you all are describing in this thread make me glad I had to have a hysterectomy a few years ago! But I kept my ovaries, so I still get to go through all the hormonal stuff, yay! 😂

No one talks about the whole “perimenopause process” and how long this shit lasts! The hot flashes, night sweats, hair loss, weight gain, hormone changes. Women think pregnancy changes your body…..ha, just wait for it! We should have been warned, lol. I would have apologized to my Mom a long time ago, for not understanding all that she was going through. She has passed away now and I don’t even get to swap perimenopause stories with her. Thank you for this video and for making me laugh ❤.

I saw the movie two days ago. Excellent parody Ken song by Penn to sing.. Excellent parody character for Kim to portray. Excellent costuming for both Holderness parents. As much as I despise Birkenstock shoes, the cosplay for this video is a rare occasion that I cannot complain about that footwear. 😆 💗💗💗👏👏👏💯💯💯

Just got my numbers back - 52.5 !!!!!!!!! I am officially POSTmenopausal....Now I need to know when the mood swings are gonna stop cause dang......... And can I just say how much I hate the turkey neck? But no more pads and tampons for 10 days and cramps and backaches and headaches and nausea and mood swings that sent me to the hospital and my breasts feeling like they were sent through a mangle (5 heads of cabbage a month) and the bloating and the ruined sheets, jammies, clothes, everything, so yeah that's totally a bright a spot! PMDD is not for the faint of heart I also hope the acne stops soon.......

It’ll get a whole lot worse! Once it stopped completely for me my beautiful long hair fell out, my 34DDD breast turned into smaller punching bags and I aged 10 years! Sucks!!! 😔

@@stormygail1 my hair fell out after having gastric bypass surgery in 2014, I've been taking mega doses of hair skin and nails with biotin and that has been a life saver! Even my eyebrows and lashes fell out! I was a 36B until I had my son and my girls blew up to 50F -I had polyhydramnios and it kicked my arse and nearly killed the two of us. I'm now down to a 42DDD and they did pancake a bit lol. One good thing with my hair growing back, is it's now VERY SUPER coily curly! I'd been getting perms since I was 8 years old to have curly hair. I stopped when I got pregnant in 2000, but once my hair started growing back in it's now so curly I'm having to learn how to care for curly hair! My skin is super soft now and not nearly as oily as it has always been. I did stumble across an amazing guy here on youtube with regards to vitamins and what are best to take and when and with what foods or the time of day- Dr. Eric Berg.

Oh my gosh, this is spot on! I began peri at 43 with outrageous hot flushes. And it was down hill after that! Now 58 and the flushes have shared somewhat, but I lost my filter years ago and hot topics in the news can really get me going! Being a women is a rollercoaster ride from the age of puberty. But I do have some.... perhaps a smidgen... of sympathy for Ken!

The throwing out your back when you sneeze sounds funny until you do it. I have hEDS (genetic, connective tissue disease) and yesterday I sneezed and dislocated a collarbone, several ribs, and an SI joint--in case folks don't know what the SI joint is, it's the sacroiliac, where you spine and your pelvis connect. So, yeah, I dislocated my pelvis from my spine because I sneezed.

Ahhhh, I love this video. It's funny and so true. I don't think Barbie ever turned 30. I had terrible perimenopausal symptoms that came from all different directions! Since I've hit menopause things have finally settled down. It's great to know I wasn't the only one dealing with the crazy symtoms!
