I like the style in this teaching section of this one, it's like the older videos where it showed the process of the student being corrected and getting better. That is a great way to show it in a video, is the repetition and corrections.

nice... although it's hard to be this granular when you're actually doing it already, but it helps to know how to do it properly

If you want to become more granular, do it slower and slower.

thank you again ,yes , because i was wondering ,if any different ways of double kick was indeed, vhen weeldone including "reaching motion" solidify body structure and even helping to stand up faster in case of a falling ° ;Thank you, for those clear explanaton Hai Yang Shi Fu and please agree to enjoy the soon coming new year .Zai Jian.
