I would be in the third category; that is, I've got married to a US Citizen but I am about to divorce her although we have never filled she is avoiding it. Therefore, I am letting my lawyer proceed with that because I am dating and hope to get married and having children with my partner one day. Now, that I am about to finishing school it would be great to just get rid of my former spouse once and for all.

Be careful that your divorce does become "hostile" as that can also lead to problems later on with a second marriage. You might want to watch that video. Good luck, however you proceed.

so my fiance is going through removing conditions on his temp green card from his ex wife. We plan on marrying soon maybe before his conditions get lifted(hoping that will be the case). We've been dating for two years. He got divorced about a year and half before I met him. I really want to get married with him ASAP and start life with him. Will this affect his 751 process? He has interview this coming week

If someone didn’t get a green card through the first marriage, they separated during the 2y provisory green card, he started dating a second person during the separation period (still married), and he withdrew his I-751 application, got divorced 1 month ago, what are the chances of him getting a green card through that second marriage? Again, he bounced just to a second relationship.

I got married and got a green card, we file for I 751 in January. But now it’s just getting bad and we might divorce (he is been a military for 2 years and is never here) and we felt out of love, and I think he is seeing someone elses , I might get remarried and the second marriage will have very strong proof, but my husband and I are not hostile and could divorce in good term. What should I do? Divorce, get married and refill a new case? Or should I just file a waver for my I 751?

You should definitely apply for the I-751 waiver, had 2 friends of mine win that case and 1 of them even without an interview just last February. Good luck!
