Vulnerability, is not a weakness but I think we have to be very careful who we are vulnerable with. 1. Some use what u say against u 2. When someone know that u are in vulnerable state, they try to pull u further down. We just need choose wisely who we open up to.

Thanks for this beautiful video. You look gorgeous as always. I'm currently in this situation right now. My pastor asked me not to fight because it delays or stops my blessings spiritually but my neighbours are really getting on my nerves. If not for the advice, I'd have fought the idiats but I'm feeling angry right now that I have to obey that instruction not to fight. That's my pain not the fight itself.

I learnt that I am not my emotions, I only feel those emotions and they are temporary, they are not here to stay. Also, I am well equipped to attack, address and handle anything that comes my way. In addition, I should be comfortable with change and uncertainty, I mustn’t always go after the answers. I should let it be because that is God telling me to sit and watch it pan out.
