I thought it might be fun to have a little guessing game. Did you guess the ounces in each tray correctly? I have a lot of variance in my production because I am constantly changing how I grow, I can enjoy experimenting because I am such a small grower. A larger business will dial in how they grow and stick with it for predictable results. I hope you enjoyed this video, thanks for watching.

I have heard/read that the knife is ideal because it makes a clean cut and extends shelf life. That was from Chris Thoreau up here in Canada.

Do you end up leaving a whole bunch of carrot seed hulls on the harvest? I feel like I can't ever get rid of all of those darn seed hulls!

The majority just fall off. The key is to keep them covered with a humidity dome long enough for the greens to shed the hulls.

Boths trays look great. I guess 6-7 oz on the carrots and 10 oz on the beets

Can u pls advise why my leaves are not so much green it's very light in colour and the stem is long and leaves are ery small compare with microgreen available in market... Where I need to improve pls advise.
