Hi Sir, I'm a breastfeeding mom and reduced 10kgs in 2.5 months only by calculating calories followed by 30 mins of cycling everyday. Thank you sir. It's my many years dream to loose weight, I had almost tried everything from my college days nothing happened but now it's possible only because of your advise. ➡️ Even I did the same mistake in the past. ➡️ Watched random videos. ➡️ Did heavy workout - jumping jacks ➡️ developed severe heart palpitations ➡️ finally met cardiologist and he put me on heart relaxant and told not to do workout on my own

Hi Dr.Pal Good evening thank you for your informative videos which I have been following for past one year intermittent fasting and calorie deficit diet which helped me to loose 30 kgs and I have been working out going to gym from January consistently and doing strength training exercises gained my strength and stamina back at the age of 53. Good morning dr pal I love your way of explaining the fasting window I am dr Indira gynaecologist in a rural area 61 yrs prediabetic With strong family history With fatty liver as expected I am very comfortable with 8-5 eating window lost 3 kgs in a month My question is can we take a dumbbell along with walking of 40 mts covering 4 km a day??

Dr. Pal. I recently started following your videos and the time restricted feeding method. One question. My feeding timing 9 AM to 5 PM. Is it good to do gym during fasting window? Because either I can go to gym before 7 in the morning or after 8 in the evening.

Hello doctor how are u. In my brother body some uric acid is increasing what can we do.i watch your video regularly. I am following your diet plan and i lossing my belly fat. My wieght has not lose much. But I have lose 3 to 4 kg weight. Now my wieght is 102 kg previous my wieght was 108 kg. But my belly is becoming fat . I am now wearing all my old clothes. And u will be suprise I can now wear my wedding ceremony suit. Thank you

lying on ur back and seated position and four leg position ( cat and camel) prone position, these positions are better for exercising without putting too much pressure on feet, as dr pal says 80 percent comes from diet, so focus on diet and exercise which is comfortable for u will get the desired results
