Note: I've been following these guys for 4 years now. At 61 I've always been an athlete and have transitioned form all types of maintenance exercises at the very BORING gyms for Running, MTB & Swimming. However, calisthenics; especially with RINGS, has turned maintenance exercising into another sport. And I don't have to go to the gym to do it!

Awesome! Exactly that's what I'm doing since I bought my rings. I felt in love in this. You guys are making great job on the channel, I've got a lot of knowledge from You. I have a question, what type of training routine would You recommend for the rings routine? I'm already doing classic 3,4 sets x 8-12 reps each exercise after another. Wouldn't it be more efficient for example to do circuit based on 3-4 rounds with all the exercises one after another as one set?
