This 15 minute guided stretching routine is a home workout to exercise along with. No equipment is required other than a towel and cushion to support your body for the lying down stretches. The seated stretches release muscle tension and improve general flexibility in the neck, chest and shoulders. The kneeling and lying down stretches help you release tight muscles in you upper and lower back, buttocks and hips. All the stretches should feel comfortable and pain free. The routine concludes with deep breathing exercises to help you relax at home.

Hi Michelle. I've been watching your videos for a few years, I rate your advice, you're a top you tuber! 5*. As the world is in lockdown I wonder if you have an indoor pelvic floor safe cardio/hiit workout with weights and/or resistance bands? All the best :)

Hey Emmy thx for your lovely comment, no I don't have one at the moment - do you think there's a need for one? I tend to think that many interested in HIIT and cardio workouts wouldn't be interested in my type of low impact pelvic floor safe approach ... I'm open to your thoughts on this

Almost any exercise I do I usually always experience neck and trap tension, even while holding good form. I have anterior pelvic tilt as well which may have something to do with it? Also I wanted to add that I have a slight degree of forward head, but most of the time I'm holding good posture, espically during exercise so I'm not sure why my neck still hurts. My neck especially hurts in the morning when I wake up and I can feel the tension at its worse (its not really a sharp pain, more like a bugging, tension type pain that's always there). How can I fix this?
