Yeh weight loss is equally from muscle loss and fat. Body will feel softer as the lean muscle is lost. When the body depletes glycogen , the first thing to burn is lean muscle . Fats is later. Not a healthy way at all. The day you eat even little bit normalised food it will store everything as fat. What you have done is turned your lean muscle to fat

I think person who is 65 years and above should not take such a huge risk. Also fasting should be done slowly and should not be done all of a sudden as it will be a shock to the body and when the body reacts it will be difficult to cope up for a person who's 65 years or above. Jain people do water fasting and nothing happens to them even at the age above 60 because they have been doing it since childhood and their body is already adapted to it. But if a person above 65 years is doing it for the first time then it's better not to do or take medical advice before doing

Water fasting ke baad weight gain na ho mushkil hain, it is a crash diet, a shock diet, cell memory will capture almost all fat back as it will try to prevent this shock situation from happening again not knowing you deliberately did this. And forever water diet koi kar nahi şakta. So best way to keep weight off in these crash diet ways, is when you start eating food back, eat in very very small portions and extremely balanced and calorie measured food for a week at least then slowly ease back to your regular food. There is no solution to these crash diets. These are done mostly for social acceptance , health benefit zero as it will look cosmetically slim but reality is u will eventually fill your own body with more fat later when u have to resume eating normally.

Eventually everyone is allowed to do as they wish, so what works for them is good if they are happy doing it. Body cleansing and detoxing happens magically every night anyways when you sleep even without triggering starvation diets. You just need to eat balanced calorie conscious meals and be consistent and patient. Sleep and hydration is most important for body recovery. We abuse it so naturally we don’t realise it. Very simple things yet almost no one can do these two optimally every day.

Water fasting will cause your lean miscle to go first.which is why body will feel softer . Fasting is good in intermittent way, not for days at stretch.

Ate left and right whatever was there in front of me including junk and then suffered as a result of it...Never planning to do it again... Actually this was my third time trying...my best was 71 hours...no point doing it... I've decided to eat healthy and do IF instead... I can't torture myself, I felt weak & even started arguing with family for unnecessary reasons due to weakness & food temptation... Thank-you

@@G-ew6sk indeed. Body is a very orchestrated system, even hormonal changes can make you fat by deciding how to transform energy in the body. A good intermittent fasting method is to eat very healthy fuller meals calorie consciously and eat only in an 8 hour period, fast 16 hours of which 8 hours is easy fasting as you are already sleeping. You will just watch the fat melt away without losing the lean muscle or becoming softer everywhere. It isn’t fat liquifying but body losing muscle mass. Also do workouts at home. A big big fact is if u have more muscles, they in turn help to burn calories, it is a very symbiotic relation, once you grow the muscles, they will help maintain your calories and energy and metabolism too.

@@sayantanmitra81 Yeah thankyou very much there. Also I forgot to share, nearly around 50 hours I had the worst muscle cramps of my life... I was just watching some video and started laughing and that's it.... Total chest area cramps, had it for nearly 30 minutes😭 constipation as well... I was drinking water well.....by the way do you have any knowledge if I can take 2 to 4 eggs per week if I've little high cholesterol levels?

There are so many video's online and doctors but it's all overwhelming. I'm overweight by 20 pounds.... Loads of junk food eating lead me there.... Now I'm finally in a mindset to take control of my body... Already stopped bakery stuff including icecream and now I think I got rid of cravings.... Instead I eat a pear, apple if I really need sweets

Dude, I appreciate your approach. But, this approach is not sustainable because as soon as anyone stops fasting, the weight will start to go up. On the other hand, it is much more sustainable to have a 200 to 300 calories deficit and add strength training in to the program to boost the metabolic rate. The process you suggested might result in some muscle loss too along with fat loss.
