@Dirk Jensen I can understand that but I'm talking about things like lightsaber combat moving large objects with the force just general basic force usage They cheapen not just the Skywalker story with this new trilogy but also everything that it takes to become a jedi or a sith

Another thing to note, because I think Ben missed this, is that the reason why Po, Finn, Rey, and even Han have been so good at piloting the Falcon is because the Falcon has actually been co-piloted by a computer this whole time as revealed by "SOLO a Star Wars Story". Not the greatest explanation and it does seem purposeful that they made the AI female, but it at least gives some legitimacy to it. As for the part where the Falcon is literally on fire, but is then fixed no problem. I don't really see how that's an issue, especially if it is just external, maybe it was internal and I just missed something because I only watched it once, but it seems reasonable from the one time I watched it.

I do like some of the nostalgia in the movie but imo the overall plot was horrible mainly bc Palpatine’s return is completely rushed through with little thought. There was no explanation to his return it was advertised and revealed in the opening crawl of the movie I understand hes powerful and needed Rey and Ben to fully bring himself back but how? I would have enjoyed the movie so much more if it was explained. Was there a contingency plan to clone himself after ROTJ did he persuade a follower to perform an ancient Sith ritual for resurrection at least to an extent among other plot holes or plot directions this is one of the points that made me have mixed feelings about the movie.

Star Wars was a nice tale from my youth and that's it. My youth has ended and Star Wars saga has ended. Emperor is dead, so is Darth Wader and we have dancing teddy bears. That's the end. Star Wars movies delivered some fun to my youth. They're not a religion. There is no no Force. There are no jedi knights or light sabres. Disney didn't "desecrate" anything. They tried to make some money and were very successful, by all accounts. They have shareholders to please and that's it. Kathleen Kennedy with her feminist activism has turned those movies into something that I don't find palatable but that is my problem. It looks like Star Wars are being turned into a religion. And we all know that it wasn't Palpatine who was the real intergalactic bad guy. It was lord Xenu.

I was similarly disappointed about that. Also the fact there are like a billion ships in the sky. I like the space fight at the end of Rogue One more because it felt more Star-Warsy. Then when you thought you ran out, somebody just turns around and dumps even more on the floor, lol. My friend said they "dialed the space fight to 11" but they really dialed it to 15, in my opinion.

I remember seeing a bunch of them fall out of the sky, not sure what you're talking about. A lot of them did survive, but then again the falcon has been through worse and survived, so there's that.

The way they did it here was terrible. One scene with lighting Rey and then the next Kylo Ren almost literally saying "I know in the last movie I said they were nobody...and I didn't lie...BUT...guess what?" So clunky, it felt so forced

Loot boxes worked where you'd buy one with in game credits and get random ability cards u could level up but once they got rid of loot boxes, it changed the system so that u now unlock points every level with a character that u put towards star cards (ability cards) to level them up and as u level up new cards are unlocked. Its a great game now and worth buying
