We trainend together.

What kind of massage…are you dealing with an injury of some kind? I ask because my shoulder has been irritated for almost a year now. Massage seems to help for a time. Nice form, by the way!

Good job, you might wanna consider lowering the rack one hole. A lot of wasted effort getting it over that lip.

Thanks! 👍🏻 6x140kg is my PR. And paused military bench press 1x150kg. In raw competition I’ve benched 160kg. Yeah I know. There were two other guys also with me to lift. Rack was good for them so I use same height. Because I didn’t hit my PR so I managed with that load thou rack was a bit too high for me.

поставь стойки на 1 деление ниже, плечи же убиваешь, когда снимаешь и ставишь, делаешь вредное движение, плечи должны быть зафиксированны и не двигаться вверх-вниз совсем.

Tero ei cuttaile. Tero on pyöreä ja pehmeä pompula. 😆 Mä olin junnuna kauan siinä 67,5-75kg. Sisänen rasva oli 7% ku mittautin. Kyykky oli 200kg vyöllä ja siteillä,penkki leveällä otteella 135kg ja kapealla 125kg. Veto oli 190kg. Ok tuloksia tohon kehonpainoon mut kehitys voimien suhteen stoppas. Sit aloin bulkkaamaan ja alko taas voimatasot nousta. Ny mulla on elopaino ollu jo vuosia näis samois lukemis. Pyörii siinä 110-112 kilon nurkilla. Oon ollu tähän painoon tyytyväinen. Enempää ei tarvi painaa eikä painon tarvi pudotakkaan. Voimatasot on kohtuulliset tällä massalla eikä peruskuntokaan huono oo.

Bodyweight 110kg. So +30kg over bodyweight. I’ve done 6 reps with that without pause. This was only quite light session few days after upperback massage.
