I really appreciate the fact the this video wasn’t 10 mins long showing you warming up to the lift. Great lift man.
@FraldinhoBJJ4 жыл бұрын
Danny McGee if this was nick wright he’d start to show you footage , then you’d have to sit through 10 minutes of talking and background on his squat and how his father could only squat 35 pounds and his grandpa could only squat 20 pounds and how his family has bad genetics for squatting. Then his girlfriend comes in the frame and he flirts with her for another five minutes while talking about his meal prep and throwing in an ad for some sort of protein powder or something he’s sponsored by . Finally after this it switches to the car outside the gym and he’s talking about what he’s going to do when he goes inside for another five Minutes’s. Finally after nearly 20 minutes he goes inside and hits he squat then tells you he already did it but didn’t get it on camera . Lol.

Hi clarence! nice lift. just thought I would give you some advice though - don't cave your knees in, as it can cause a serious injury. @basharen14448 жыл бұрын
Samurai Squat True, if you are a natural and you been training years it's very easy to pick out the steroid users. Here are the hints : Muscles big and full at 10-5% bodyfat a natty wil not have full muscles at that low bodyfat. abnormal big muscle that is bigger or close to as big as the best ''natural'' bodybuilders. Never gains fat while eating alot, Low bodyfat year round, Trains light gains alot of muscle, makes abnormal weight gains example 160-190 in 1 month or less, and the easiest of them all big shoulders / lats / forearms / traps this is the easiest hint of steroid use / abuse the shoulders in naturals are almost never ''builders'' Naturals bodybuilders only look ''hard'' when they flex if they don't flex they look untrained. The reason clearance is on steroids is wants to compete in the olympics he knows that's the only way. He trained 8 years + to get to this point. His body is shaped like a bodybuilder and he is way to heavy at low bodyfat ( natty limits). His quads are to big even for a olympic lifter. And last he squats heavier then steroid abuser powerlifter record holders ATG that should say inof A hard look is also a hint on steriod abuse think olympic weightlifters.. That's right in the past people were strong but steriods been around since 1950 so don't think the werent on annything. The older generation was also way stronger because in that time they had to work on farms withouth machines carrying 100 kilos on the shoulders and things like that.

I know if I were able to pull a lift like this off I’d be having one or more sleeping tablets to try to guarantee I sleep like a rock to recover, I’d want at least 9 - 12 hours of sleep if I could get it. I remember that I slept for 13 uninterrupted hours after I completed my 2nd half marathon, that is a LONG sleep, but hey, running 21,000 metres without stopping in 1 hour and 40 minutes will do that to you lol.

Clarence, you are what I aspire to be as a lifter. I squatted 400 lbs ATG raw today for a PR but watching you motivated me to work harder. Keep doing what you're doing bro!

I was actually surprised that his calf muscles didn't look particularly big, although most people don't work out calves with enough frequency to get them to grow.
