I think it was your faith in God’s healing power. It had nothing to do with IHOP. Jesus is just loving and merciful. ALL THE TIME. EVERYWHERE.

He confirms His word with signs and wonders following. (Mark 16:20) The Lord is endorsing His word, which is truth. He’s not endorsing the minister. Signs follow the preaching of His WORD. And Jesus said we know His true disciples by their FRUIT (Matthew 7:16). Not miracles. Happy you got your healing! From JESUS.

I had something similar happen. I received a miracle through a famous televangelist. When I learned that he was corrupt and not who I thought he was, I asked the Lord about how I received the miracle from that pastor years prior. The Lord reminded me that He could work through anyone. He even spoke through a donkey. It's not about the man, even though God used his voice for my miracle. My focus was immediately shifted onto the Lord and His kindness. I hadn't even asked Him to heal my pronated ankles but He did and I never had to wear corrective shoes again. My parents were also present for that miracle and completely blown away that God made my ankles straight. I went on to ask the Lord why He did that and He said, "Because I want you to believe" I have gone through seasons where I questioned if I believe in miracles. I think back to that experience and cannot deny that I received a miracle! The Bible says we are equipped to do everything Jesus did and even greater. I have no clue how to make those things happen except with faith and even then it doesn't always happen but I believe He will show us as we seek Him. Life is a journey!

A friend of mine was healed of Ehlers Danlos at IHOPKC. God can work anywhere. She did the work as well to forgive and let go of bitterness. We have the same doctor and he confirmed her healing with her permission of course. When we become right before God, He can work miracles anywhere. It is about you and God, not you and the ministry.

I was blessed at IHOP but also attacked. A mixed bag. Glad you got healed.

I also question his motives for doing what he's doing, now that he's a cessationist and a Calvinist. How does his background as a Hinn qualify him to attack Oral Roberts, for example? What does it have to do with his view on theological issues like kenosis and divine healing? Even if Benny Hinn did spend $25K on a hotel room, that doesn't disprove continuationism or physical healing in the Atonement.

He is revealing truths about what happened, regardless of his theology. Surely, you should have enough discernment to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff.
