None of this was Tammy's fault or doing, but I still found her recanting of this whole story with so much smiling very strange. I would have expected it to be very disturbing for her and hard to discuss. No matter what she was talking about, the emotion that came out was pretty much the same, like she was walking us through a normal teenage to adulthood story. This is anything but. Then she sent her teenage students to some kind of camps there? To the very place where the person in charge had done this to her? She even referred to some things that had been going on at IHOP as "just another IHOP drama". Exactly how long did it take her to wake up to how serious this is? My husband and I made the decision to move our family of seven from Missouri to Colorado to care for his parents. It was a huge transition, but God has graced us. His father left us after only 4 weeks. In Sept family of six will be moving in as well! We will have a household of 14 for 9ish months. I know that we will look back and understand what God was teaching us through this season. And, it will prepare us for the new home that He has for our nucleur family, whereever that is! ❤ 😅
