I agree with most of this but I would start the car first and let it run during the entire inspection. Give it a chance to get hot while you are looking over everything else.

Be extremely careful on the Bentley soft tops. Estimated to replace run as high as $20K.

You neglected to give that expert tell tale tip...has it got four wheels? are there seats in the inside of the car? is the glass broken...I learned NOTHING from this basic 2 year olds guide to buying cars!!! What a waste of time.
