Great video for Ab workout. Just remember, abs are also made in the kitchen. Gotta have a strict diet to really get them to pop, like this. I’m not hating on the workout, just an fyi

All exercises are effective, brother, but you can do the first 3 exercises. You only need 3 exercises, 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise
