Thank you for an informative video on GarageBand . I wonder is there any handheld good quality microphone is there for GarageBand. What about "Audio-Technica ATR2100x-USB Cardioid Dynamic Microphone (ATR Series)". It has mixed report. I would greatly appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Hi Patrick, Is there a free noise removal plugin available out there? I am not too keen in using noise gate as clipping can be noticed and using the equaliser filter to notch out the noise can make vocals or an instrument sound dull.

Hi Patrick what is the best budget midi 49 key controller with full size keys to work with GarageBand on IMac please, do I need pads or is it the same to use my iPad to record drums?

Hi Patrick, Thanks so much for the help, I still haven’t decided on a midi keyboard controller I want one with nice action and no clicks or sliding keys… I am thinking between the Alesis 49 or M-Audio keystroke 49 however this one doesn’t have pads…. what a minefield, I found the IK IRig 49 with midi interface on the Apple store but the reviews on this aren't good and you don’t seem to have looked at it. I wanted to look at your guide and entered my email but no link was sent to check that I am not a robot - please believe me I ma not a robot!Please could you send me the guide. Weird. On the Brit Amazon site, the Rode package goes for about $194.00. On the US Amazon site, it's almost $400 dollars. Import fees?

Embra gadgie. I generally wouldn’t recommend a dynamic microphone for recording vocals (good for live performance though). Not to say you CAN’T use an SM58 and get good results, you’ll just get better from a condenser 👍
