Bhai ap unilateral exercise bhi koshish kariye Jis hand se kam performance lagti ya strength low Ap us hand se zyada reps kijiye. It'll definitely help. Variations helps us.❤️

Start with the weak hand and match the weight and number of reps with your strong hand Start using left hand for doing all the small works in your home(picking up things, opening things, brushing/cleaning everything except eating) Start squeezing a yoga ball/hand gripper to increase strength in that arm Start throwing ball with that hand(you can throw it easily with right while can't with left it's rotator cuff issue) Within 6-8 months you'll gain strength in that arm and easily match weights in both arms Be consistent 💪
