It was the famous Delmonico steak that led to the restaurant's success. But what exactly is a Delmonico steak? Let's skip the tedious history lesson and get straight to the point. Nowadays, a Delmonico steak refers to any thick cut of beef, with the rib-eye being the best part. Today, we will be cooking a 40-day aged ribeye cut using a special multi-toaster.
