Maam can you make a healthy snacks to be eaten for people having acidity and even respiratory allergy together. As my mom is having that problem and she feels hungry but scared to eat because of acidity and even respiratory allergy . So what snacks or food is goid for such.

Hey, healthy snacks she can take, nuts & seeds; granola/oats /protein bar;fruits like banana, apple, berries, yogurt, eggs , whole grain bread with nut butters; oats energy bites or homemade nuts dates seeds ladoo

Dark chocolate 85-90% dark is ok. One square is good enough, it has lots of antioxidants.

See, if you are in calorie deficit. Weight loss will happen but I suggest you to eat healthy balanced diet in deficit which you can continue for ever and can make your lifestyle.😀

Jab overall fat loss hoga, belly fat bhi jayega gradually.Spot reduction does not happen. But you can do some specific exercises to target belly fat to tone your abs. Ya, for sweet cravings, you can have fruit, green or black raisins, home made nuts & seeds laddu, home made oats granola or protein bar.

You can buy roasted makhana (preservative free) packets from market as you won’t like taste of raw

Actually,for all the snacks quantities are to be considered. You need to quantify & then add in diet. In fact, even nuts, seeds etc have a lot of calories. So the main thing is how much you are eating even though these snacks are healthy,yet they have to be eaten in moderation. Quantified nutrition is the key to weight loss😊

You have to steam & then can add onion , tomatoes, coriander, chaat masala etc

Hi, actually peanut is a good snack option as it has some protein & fats. Since it’s high in fat and so rich in calories, that’s why we need to take care of the quantity. If you eat a lot, it will increase your daily calorie intake. So, it should be had in limited quantity.

Mujhe weight loss nahi fat loss karna hai kyunki height 5.8 hai aur us hisab se weight pure 70 hai but mera pet aur kamar 37 ho gaya hai jabki hona chahiye 32-34....kya karu?

Ya, to lose body fat , you can try intermittent fasting wherein , during the fasting window your body taps your own body fat sparing your muscle as HGH is released or even Keto diet which is high fat, low carb , moderate protein diet which works the same way. Along with that include resistance training in your workouts.

It’s better to soak nuts for better absorption & as nuts contain phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors so soaking makes them easy to digest. Second option is to roast them & eat that would also reduce phytate content of nuts

Chocolate contains carbs(sugar) & fat both. Instead of regular chocolate, You can sometimes have a piece of dark chocolate 85-90% dark or chocolate with stevia
