Striking the ball in football with power is very important. It makes you a more dangerous goal threat when talking about shooting, but it also makes you a more diverse soccer player. Getting more power on your pings or long balls allows you to switch the ball in one pass or get in behind the defense. It is no coincidence that the world's best players can ping the ball 70 yards across the field or hit shots with so much power the camera can't even keep up. In this video, I give you drills or exercises that you can do to get stronger legs and hips, helping you hit the ball harder.
