Respected dr mujhey sharaab aur ganzey ki lat thi mujhey kai saviour attacks aa chuke hai. Ab main treatment karwa raha hu. Mujhey 5 se 10 minute ka attack aata hai left side per khana khatey hue jyada attack aatey hai phir apney aap thik bhi ho jaatey hai. Kya ye early warning hai. Plz suggest me.

Let's update My experience about Bell's palsy ... Date -09/11/23 Day1 Feel different properly thuk nhi pa raha tha and thoda mind bhi nhi Kiya and again notice bhi nhi Kiya kuch Date -10/11/23 Day 2 Bolne pe muh ek side and symmetry open nhi ho raha tha mouth ,hasne pe ek side ho rha tha Feel panic and pta nhi kya kya sochne lga That suddenly kya ho gya Issi din doctor ke paas gya and unko khud hi btaya ki Bell's palsy ho gya Vo bole aur bike drive kro thandi me,hero bnte ho, feel depressed, sochne lga drive to nhi Kiya hun recently utna But koi nhi mouth open krne ke liye bola Symmetry open nhi ho rha tha tab vo samjh gye aur bolne lge same cases ka tumse pehle bhi 3 gya abhi (feel relax 😌😌) After that vo BP measure kiye 160/60😮 Bolne lge ladki udki ka chakkar to nhi hai na hai 😢 Chup ho gaya 😌 Yessa lag rha tha unse hi baate krta rhu kyonki feel good but vo medicine diye 15 dino ka Uske baad Ghar aaya Raat me medicine lena start Kiya ... Date 11/11/23 Day 3 Nothing changes anything Depressed bhi huwa but ussi time Bell's palsy ke liye yt pe aaya and ye khubsurat si Mam mili Isko pehle download Kiya (and abhi bhi hai) isko hi Kiya step by step din bhar Means maximum time 😴😌 Sone se pehle tak bhi... 12/11/23 Day 4 Notice Kiya kuch kuch change ho rha means recover 😊 And Ghar wale bhi notice kiye haan thik ho rha hai Uske baad sirf exercise hi and medicine leta rha Maximum times massage massage 4-5 round 13/11/23 Day 5 Her din pehle din se better ho rha tha Feel happy 😊😊 Samjh gya jitna massage karoge utna jldi recover hoga to bas issi pe time dene lga jyda Jaise exam ke najdik hone pe study pe Aur mera graduation ka exam bhi hai 22 Nov ko isko le ke bhi aur kr rha tha ki tb tk thik ho jaunga Wahi daily routine follow Kiya massage+ medicine 14/11/23 Day 6 Feel good because recover ho rha tha pehle jaisa Spiritual song sath hi sath chalta rehta always Krishna Bajan 🤗 5-6 times massage daily 15/11/23 Day7 Feel 70-80 % recover And repeat 🔁 again massage and only massage Calm cool and stress free rho change aata jayega day by day 😌😌

36th day and im 95% of recovering .. for the first 3 weeks couldn’t noticed any movement but from day 22 started to noticed movements .. from day 30 the recovering was so rapid and fast .. Didn’t do anything than sleeping 🛌 😂.. i just did brain CT to rule out other conditions like stroke I knew Its just a viral infection usually heal by it self just need a time.. Do not panic you’ll make the situation worse

@@wildeyerides yes don’t stress your mind just rest and eat health .. with time you’ll be ok .. I know it’s really stressful but keep calm also you can do little massage not too much ..I did nothing and I’m almost fully recover

Maa'm, I noticed my Bell's Palsy from last 8th September. Started to take my medication as per Dr. Prescription. And also taking therapy regularly from the starting. Exercising as per Your video instructions. It's been one week, no significant change has been noticed. When the time, i can expect to notice my development? As usual if i exercise regularly. I came to know that if paralysis is due to stoke then only Lowe part of face will be affected, but my symptoms are same as you have described in case of bell's palsy. Presently I am taking Deflazacort 24 mg tablets thrice per day, acyclovir 800 mg 5 times a day, A to Z vitamin 1 per day, pan 40 one per day and using refresh tears eye drops as per the guidance of a Doctor. CT scan report shows a mild stroke. May I add homoeopathic medicine also?

I think a loud laughing season everyday would be an excellent exercise for bell's palsy patients for quick recovery. I think Dr Madam will also agree. 👍.
