I could see how dairy, gluten, high sodium contribute to the problem. How about high sugar processed foods (donuts, cakes, pies, cookies; any baked or fried item that contains hydrogenated/processed vegetable oils?,

I have been eating all these foods since I saw this video. I had Covid in August 2020 and, although I was out of bed in a day or two, my lung function was immediately impaired. I saw the video a month or two ago. What is really interesting and wonderful is that my body was actually craving these foods. I had lost a lot of appetite, but I wanted these foods. Well, after a couple months of eating them every day, my long-form covid is subsiding, my lung function is improving. These ideas absolutely work.

Im so happy to hear you healed yourself!! And of course overcome covid. I believe my family and i also had it, i was sick for a week with a temp of 102 for 4 days. Didn't feel any respiratory problems even though i was smoking at the time for 25+ years but am very active with a healthy vegetarian/vegan diet. Can i please ask you a personal question? Did u receive the vaccine before the time of your sickness? Im just trying to put the puzzle together called covid for myself and family. Thanks. Stay blessed in loving peace dear family of light, Namaste

@@seanharris5592 No, I took the vaccine in May of 2021 and was down with Covid in August 2020. I was also down again for a few days in Feb of 2021 with a lighter version of extreme tiredness and coughing. Since the second illness and vaccine I have been continuing my lung-building foods and herbs.

If you appreciated this video, you may also want to know that there's a new study from the British Medical Journal (which is well-respected) that highlights the gut-lung connection. It's called: Rapid Resolution of COVID-19 After Faecal Microbial Transplantation! Fecal Microbial Transplants (FMT) have a 90% success rate in exchange for relatively low risk. So there is some risk that exists with this procedure. For example, one person receiving FMT got an e-coli infection because the transfer was done in a home setting, not in a healthcare or research setting. When the procedure is done in a clinical setting, the stool is screened to prevent the transfer of aggressive pathogens!

If you liked this video, you may also want to know that there's a new study from the British Medical Journal (which is well-respected) that highlights the gut-lung connection. FMT is only approved for treating c-difficile at this time, but is being researched for other conditions, so stay tuned!
