Sir my mother has ILD problem from last 3-4yr and now taking medicine from patel chest hospital last 7-8 months but from last 2-3 months my mother feels breathlessness so much when she was doing any activity as compare to before & also my mother's oxy level decreases and now its around 85-88 level.

Sir, I have a question. Can this device be used by multiple person? Let me explain you the story: So at first this Aerobika device was recommended to a patient with lungs infection (pneumonia). So she kept on using it for a long time. Now a friend of mine is facing some difficulty in breathing, so i am suggesting this device to her. So can she use the same device or she has to buy a new one?

First you must understand that in both cases your suggesting the device to people is absolutely not warranted because its not indicated. Pneumonia patients will derive no benifit with this. 2nd breathing difficulty has hundreds of reason so it wont be helpful unless the.cause of breathing is specific as mentioned in the video. Moreover regarding reuse we dont recommend sharing

No mam. Aerobika device is not meant for ILD patients. It might work only in few select cases of ILD where airway disease is also present along with ILD. Else for ILD cases we don't advice Aerobika.

Depends upon cause. And lung functions and symptoms. Usually this device is not used for Bronchitis. But if there is associated small airway disease then it can be helpful

Who told you aerobika in first place for recovering from pneumonia. That is not the use we recommend for this device. Copd patients with air trapping Small airway diseases (air trapping) Bronchiectasis Are some of the indications. And its quite common to have coughing during respiratory exercises

Such a case needs evaluation under Pediatric Pulmonologist and then rehabilitation should be done. This device isn't specifically tested in such group of patients so I won't advice starting without consulting your Pediatric Pulmonologist

Respected sir/mam Old Tb scars are not a problem in our country India or where TB burden is high like Africa. Lekin jin countries me TB burden less hai vahan Kabhi kabhi visa process me reject karte hai. Uske liye ek tareeka hai jo hum hamare patients ko recommend karte hai, ki Ct scan karvayein chest ka aur uske basis pe Bronchoscopy (doorbin ki test lungs ki) karaein aur andar se Balgam nikaal kar use TB ki advanced testing ke liye submit karein jinki final report 2 months baad aati hai. Is report me prove ho jaega ki aapko TB nahi hai and yahi report submit karege aapke Visa process me aur doctor se ek certificate. This can make your case strong for accepting Visa. Still final decision Visa authority ke haath me hota hai.

No direct comparative trials available for checking the effectiveness of Aerobika vs Acapella vs Air physio or other devices. All works on the same oscillatory Positive Expiratory Pressure technique. Only reason for using Aerobika is that we have significant experience in using the devices since last few years and have seen the patient benifits. When other devices were not available. 2nd in india it is brought by Lupin, a trusted Pharma company since many years. Cannot say one is better than other. Only patient using it can comment.
