in this video you will learn muscle release technique type of massage for shoulder pain die to supraspinatus muscle tear or impingement
you have to do this exercise for two minutes for shoulder pain relief
due to wrong sleeping habits , throwing , repetitive stress on this supraspinatus muscle leads to supraspinatus tendonitis which is type of rotator cuff tear or you can say shoulder impingement
n acute stage you have to follow RICE formula which is rest , Ice , compression , elevation to reduce inflammation
