🙏 for your very detailed but crisp explanation about benefits of millets. Good points, using least processed, optimized quantities and not trying all as key. Wish to add the extra benefits if fermented for gut health. Love your humor. I like Brown top millet the best which you did not cover maybe because it is more expensive and not originally from India but it is know as the “King of millets” like the taste too. Please keep creating such informative content.

The best time to take as food was very useful your advice of avoid eating millet products like biscuits etc. has saved my money . cause i have understood its effect on health issue .
