Not that it isn't one of the LEAST important lessons that y'all will gracefully share! But, by "cast" I mean with the handle on the non-dominant side... so I really mean "retrieve"... cuz the advantage of spinning gear is that one can, if one chooses to, manipulate the rod (including fighting with it) with one's dominant hand, ready to retrieve on splashdown, and fully capable (with a little practice) of a simple circular motion with one's non-dom hand. But, hey... if y'all can be so patient with the likes of me, you're gonna be unbeatably patient with rightfully childish sorts! Not that it's some sort of competition... but, if it were, Oz would be doing well, even compared to its own former self (since young Aussies seem like they are, or are gonna be, a lot less bratty as teens than run of the mill teens of their parents' gens)... going by Briggsy's successful parenting, and by what Cavy could be, as one. (But of course that all's just my bird's eye view from space... but, some things one can just tell?)
