@@ambriaashley3383 Thankyou for her name ! The whole demonstration was perfect to the nth degree, it was " tight" & "tidy" throughout. On completion her feet are perfectly placed, a static balance, no readjustment needed. Bravo !

To me this is hands down the craziest thing I’ve ever seen on an beam. I know there are skills that are rated higher but I seriously don’t think I could ever get over the psychological issue of not being able to see what I’m trying to land on. 😂 Gymnasts are amazingly brave on top of being amazingly talented.

The first girl and Shelise did it the best! I also liked the girls who did it in combination with a jump or tumbling. They all landed with their chests up.🔥🔥🔥

I was a gymnast but was never able to do a twist while I was in a somersault. Going 2 different directions AT THE SAME TIME is highly disconcerting, it's hard to feel your place in space.

Definitely a powerful skill to perform. Great job to these women who completed it in their routine. Amazing skill. Complex movement . . Especially on balance Beam. Such a feat to do. WOW! . Each individual gymnastics skill on Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise has a letter value assigned to it in the Code of Points. An F-value means that the skill contributes 0.6 points in Difficulty Score if it's one of the 8 most difficult moves in a routine. This evaluation does not take into account if the move is done in a combination with other skills, which would add a Connection Value as well.
